How to Use Your Carwash Account This website is designed to make it easy for you to create your own custom carwash account. With this account, you can keep track of all of your carwashing purchases, have separate sub accounts for persons authorized to use the account, and be notified when your account is running low on money. With this system, you have complete control over what is purchased, by whom, and when carwashing services can be used.
Click on “Create an Account” on the right side of the screen. This will take you to a different page which will allow you to enter your personal information. Don’t worry about entering personal information. IT IS SECURE! Notice that the webpage address says https// instead of just http// and there is a lock icon at the bottom of your internet browser. That signifies that the page is secure!
On the “Customer Information” page, enter in all information requested. Please note that the information with boxes listed with a * denotes required information. If the information is not entered, the page cannot be completed. Make sure that you enter your credit card number with no dashes(-) or spaces. Just enter in the 16 digits in order. Make sure the expiration date is correct, and that you enter the CVV2 code from the back of your card. (Click on the link next to CVV2 on what it is and how to find it on your card.) When you are done with this page, click on the “Create Account” button at the bottom of the page.
This will display your new Username and the 6-digit code that you will be using to access services at the carwash. Please write this code down, and keep it SECRET! Now click on the link below to see your account summary.
On this page you can do a number of things, including:
The first thing that you will want to do is add all of your users to your account.
A spouse or child or other family member can have their own carwash code to wash their vehicle. By having a separate number, their activities at the carwash using your carwash account can be tracked, at any time, by you, the account owner. Each different person will have his or her own code number and you can set up their user settings to limit the types of products and the times when the carwash can be used. To add a new user simply enter their name in the textbox and click the button next to it. The next thing that you will want to do is set each user's settings. To start, click on the dropdown box next to the user and select “View User Settings.”
On this page you can change a user's name or request a new code. You can also limit the devices and days that the user's code is valid for. If you want the user to only be able to use certain devices, uncheck the devices that you don't want them to use in the Services section. If you want the user to only be able to use their code on certain days, uncheck the days that you don't want them to use their codes on in the Availability section. When you are done with each user's settings, click on the “Account Settings” link in the navigation pane on the left.
On this page you can make selections for automatic re-bills and e-mails. If you choose to use the automatic re-bill, your credit card can be charged a specified amount when your balance goes below a specified amount. If you want to use this option, first click on the “Customer Information” link on the left and verify that your credit card information is correct. Then return to this page and check the checkbox and complete the rest of the fields in the Billing section. In the E-mail Notification section you can choose to be e-mailed after a re-bill, after your balance has gone below a specified amount, or after every transaction by checking the corresponding checkbox. Next, you will want to put some money in your account. To do this, click on the “Make A Deposit” link on the left side of the page.
This page allows you to put money into your account, either through selecting an appropriate amount, or through the purchase of a special carwash package. The carwash packages are the best value for your money! Enter an amount to deposit, or select the “Deposit package” option and select the package from the dropdown list. Please note that your credit card will be charged for the amount selected. When you are finished, click on the “Submit” button to go on. This will take you back to the Account Summary page where you can do other functions.
This brings up a chart of the activities in the account. Click on “View Transactions” to get a complete update of your account. You can track this information for different time periods. Just select the time period from the pull down box at the top of the page (reporting period). If you view the transactions of the main user on the account, all transactions from all users on the account will be displayed. If you are viewing the transactions of all users, on the left is the name of the user that had the transaction. The second column gives the date and time the transaction occurred. The third column is a description of the transaction. The fourth column lists the transaction amount for that single transation, and the far right column shows the remaining balance in the account at that moment. At the bottom of the table, it shows the previous balance before the time period, totals for the charges and credits during the time period, and the current balance. If you just view the transactions of a single user, only the date and time, description, amount, and total charges during the time period are displayed. If you wish to print out this page for your records, click on the “Printable Version” box at the bottom of the page. This makes the web page format better for printing.
